PROHYGIX
With the conceptual name “PROHYGIX” (derived from the two words Protection & Hygiene), VNIPL is entering a business of manufacturing quality personal care hygiene products.
Proposed to be set up with fully automatic PLC controlled high speed machinery to manufacture personal care hygiene products like Sanitary Napkin, Disposable Under Pad, Baby Pull up Diaper and Adult Pull up Diaper. The 1st phase is planned to set up over 5000 Sq. Mt. in existing infrastructure followed by phase 2, 3 & 4 in over 14000 Sq. Mt. area at clean and dust free industrial estate of GIDC Dahej.

An adult diaper (or adult nappy) is a diaper made for an individual with a body bigger than that of an infant or baby. Adults with different conditions such as incontinence, mobility impairment, severe diarrhea or dementia may need diapers.
Disposable Under Pad / Underlay / Protective Sheet with Cushion made up of non-woven spun lace fabric laminated with PE / Recycled PE Sheet Film. Under Pads are manufactured with high-quality fluff pulp and SAP (super absorbent polymer) for the most effective liquid absorbency and to provide patients maximum comfort.
